Salesforce has agreed to acquire Israeli AI startup Doti for approximately $100 million, with the deal expected to close in Q4 2026. The MOVE underscores Salesforce's commitment to enhancing its agentic AI and enterprise search capabilities. Doti's technology, which functions as an 'enterprise brain,' enables real-time access to internal knowledge and streamlined decision-making.

The acquisition will integrate Doti's AI-driven search tools into Salesforce's Israeli R&D hub, with Slack serving as the primary interface for these features. This allows employees to interact with AI agents, retrieve insights, and trigger workflows within a unified chat environment.

This strategic purchase follows Salesforce's recent deals with Informatica and Slack, reinforcing its position in AI and data management. The focus remains on building intelligent, collaborative tools for enterprise customers.
